Kevin H. Kerchner has been named CEO of the Philadelphia-based pharmaceutical packaging and manufacturing company, Aphena Pharma Solutions.

Aphena provides clients with a full range of services and solutions yhrough every step in the development process, to ensure a successful product launch. The company invests in people, technology, advanced packaging systems and rigorous cost control, to deliver solutions that are cost effective and comprehensive.

Kerchner brings to Aphena a track record of accomplishments at companies ranging from Fortune 500 companies to private equity-backed companies. His focus is on team development, improving margins and revenue growth.

Kerchner’s past experience includes president/COO of Sancoa International; CEO of Medicia Holdings; president of Gilbreth Packaging; and VP / general manager of Custom Extrusion Technologies (CET Films)/IGI. He has also worked for VPI, LLC., Russell-Stanley Corporation, Jefferson Smurfit Group, and Johnson Matthey, PLC.
